At Podium Training we do things a little bit differently.  We thrive on contact.  We only have one level of coaching...the Podium Training level.  At this level you get unlimited contact through either phone or email, as well as coffee, dinner, beers, shopping for linens, or whatever you want to come to us and do. 

Bike Coaching
You will receive a monthly training program that will detail your on the bike workouts, core workouts, strength training, nutritional coaching, etc.  You will have the opportunity to contact your coach as much as you need to, come visit him for bike fit and training rides, talk before and after races, and call when you need a pep talk or dose of reality :)  The cost is $250 for the first month to cover the added set up work, and then $200 a month every month after that, with a 3 month minimum committment.   We also do pre-pay discounts, and offer month-to-month pricing.

Triathlon Coaching
All of the same contact and benefits of our bike coaching, plus swim training and run training written into your program.  The cost per month is the same as bike coaching, although we ask for a longer committment since more work goes into setting up your schedule.

Run Coaching
We will design a monthly running plan for you or for an entire season, leading up to a group of goal races.  Includes strength training, nutritional coaching, and pretty much everything else the bike coaching does, plus you can ask about setting up track workouts depending on time of year!  The cost is $100 per month and $150 for the first month, and the length of committment can vary depending on goals.

Bike Fit and Testing

Drop-off Mechanic Work
Need your bike tuned up?  Anything your bike shop can do, we can do it and have it ready either while you wait or for next day pick up.  Lots of professional mechanic experience here...need a wheel built?  We can do it.  Just ask.
