High Altitude Training Camp

Thursday May 25th through Sunday May 28th.

Podium Training Systems is hosting a triathlon training camp in Colorado.

This camp will be held in Colorado Springs, CO. The focus of this camp is to provide an environment where your swimming stroke, running gait, and bike skills and training are enhanced as you begin the summer racing season. Additionally, your training will all be 6,000+ feet in altitude. Get ready to have your aerobic and anaerobic engines tested. Both road, and Xterra athletes are welcome as off-road options will be incorporated into the camp.

Our goal is to provide the best possible training, instruction, and input to ensure that all athletes walk away from this camp having not only feeling that they have trained hard, but that they have learned something to take back with them as they continue on their training and racing journey.
