Based in Colorado Springs, the Podium Swimming Club focuses on technique, mechanics, and performance based training for swimmers and triathletes alike.

There's no "one size fits all" approach - your training and workouts are specific to you. And if you are a competitive athlete, your racing schedule is taken into consideration to ensure that you get the intensity that you need, as well as the recovery that you require, at the critical points of your season.
The Podium Swimming Club meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM at the Cheyenne Mountain Aquatics Center located at 1200 Cresta Road in Colorado Springs. Fees are $60 a month. If you're new to the club, join us for a free workout. Drop-in and visiting swimmers are welcome (contact us for details).
Dave Burgess is a USA Swimming Level 3 coach, ASCA Level 3 coach, USA Triathlon Level 2 coach, & a US Masters Level 3 coach.
The Podium Swimming Club is a registered US Masters Swimming club. You must be a US Masters Swimming member to swim with Podium Swimming

Single Session Assessment: $99
This single, 60-minute, one on one session is for the seasoned triathlete looking to gain that extra competitive edge. This session will include stroke analysis, and hands on drills and sets. Suggested drills, sets, and workouts will be provided for you to incorporate into your training as you build your training plans.

One Month Improvement Plan: $350
Four 60-minute, one on one, training sessions. Your first session will include individualized stroke analysis to determine what mechanics need to be altered and focused on to ensure the maximum efficiency in your swim stroke moving forward. You’ll also receive weekly training plans and drills to work and focus on between sessions.
